why insects are good for our healthy diet

We should eat insects as part of a healthy diet.
I agree with this statement because, they are healthy,
they are free free and cheaper to produce.

We should eat insects because one they have fibre, iron and protein if you look at beef and chicken they only have protein but we need a lot of iron, fibre and protein for our bodies so we can stay fit and healthy.

They are cheaper than chicken and beef you can
just go anywhere and get a insect but not at home. instead of spending buckets of money to buy chicken and beef.
